Fiona Stanley Hospital Civil Works

The building and completion of Fiona Stanley Hospital has been one of WA’s most important construction projects in recent years. TCD was engaged by Downer Edi on this government funded project because of our range of services, expertise, and reputation for delivering on time.

We were responsible for the drainage, sewer, water and gas underground services. This included the installation of six large underground soak wells, one of which was the largest built in the southern hemisphere, coming in at 1.5 cubic hectares.

Often, in big projects it’s the little things that make a big difference. TCD worked collaboratively with the principal contractors for site access to their area of works and the use of the site crane. This simple approach meant all timelines were kept to, and the works being delivered on schedule.
